DS26F31MQML: Theta Jc Clarification

Part Number: DS26F31MQML

Hello,

I need the Theta Jc for this device, but I'm skeptical about the one listed on the datasheet. I'm guessing it's supposed to be 13 C/W instead of C/mW as shown.

My thought is with this Theta Jc (13 C/mW) and max current of 40 mA @ 5.5 V (see snips below), that would mean a device temperature increase of 2,860 C... It would be impressive, but not realistic.

So I would just like to confirm that the Theta Jc units are actually C/W and not C/mW.

Thanks,

Tyler
