TL16C752C: Errata updates

Good day. Seeking your assistance on this query:

Errata for TL16C752CPFBR suggests 2 work arounds. First is change number of stop bits to 1.5 or 2. Where do I make this change, at this device as a receiver, at the transmitter, or both? Second is reduce the divisor by 1. How do I do this if desired BAUD rate is 921,600 BAUD?
