TUSB501: Automotive USB 3.0 5-Gbps single-channel redriver

Hi

The customer used TI TUSB501TDRFRQ1 redriver for the USB 3.0 Port on the Qualcomm SD820,

but it doesn't seem to work, and the EVB board also fails to work.
