For DS90LT012AQ, understand from the datasheet that the Theta_JC is 107degC/W.

I would like to check if this refers to the case top or case bottom?

In this case, is there a thermal resistance value for Junction-to-Case (Bottom)/ Junction-to-Lead or similar?

There is no theta JC Bottom for this device.
