Hello Kygo,

Thanks for reaching out. This is the pull-up current source on LIN to V_SUP when the device is in Sleep mode. See I_RSLEEP in the Electrical Characteristics.

If possible, please recommend moving to the TLIN1021A-Q1, which is the newer drop-in version of the device.
