Hello,

My customer was hoping this part was an all-in-one package that would handle both SDI IN and SDI OUT at the same time. 

Looking at the datasheet, the EQ/CD pin determines which direction the data is moving.  So to receive data through SDI_IO+/- pins, then the pin needs to be pulled low. But if the pin is low, then no data can go out of the SDI_OUT+/- pins. 

Please correct me if I am wrong and missing a way to set the part up so the input is IN0+/- and the output is SDI_OUT+/- without also setting SDI+IO+/- also to be output at the same time.

This thread makes me think it can do EQ OR cable drive modes, not EQ AND cable drive modes:
