DS90UB941AS-Q1EVM: two independent deserializer HSD cable connection

Hi,

I'd like to connect the DS90UB941AS-Q1EVM with 2 evaluation board of the DS90UB948 deserializer, to test the Independent mode connection.
Probably is a stupid question, but I don't find how to physical connect them with the HSD connector.
In detail:
PORT0 (serializer) -> PORT0 (first deserializer)
PORT1 (serializer) -> PORT0 (second deserializer)

Is there any adapter/splitter usable for this kind of connection?

Hi Matteo,

Thank you for reaching to us. A question is more likely a curious things that we want to learn more information about something. Yes, you can connect DS90UB941AS-Q1EVM to two 948 deserializers. If you want to connect to 2x DS90UB948-Q1EVM, you need to solder two resistors on the board to detour the signal to the SMA. Below is the example picture.

Does TI offers something about "HSD to SDA Adapter"? Do you know what's usually used in this case?

Unfortunately, we do not have the HSD to SMA Adapter. You may get them from Rosenberger website.
