According to the datasheet, it described following about CAC-USB2 on Table 10-1. Design Parameters

CAC-USB2 AC-coupling capacitor (297 nF to 363 nF)
Options:
• RX1 and RX2 are DC-coupled to USB receptacle
• 330 nF AC-couple with RRX resistor

①It said 330nF is "Options". Is there a possibility that a problem will occur if the is no 330nF(DC-Coupling)?
Please tell me in what cases the problem may occur.
② Is there any specification or recommendation for the component size of the coupling capacitor (330nF)?
If TUSB1104EVM is helpful,I think C10, C12, C18, C20 are applicable, but there is no BOM list.
Could you give me a BOM list?
