DS90UB960-Q1: Lowest power mode

Part Number: DS90UB960-Q1

I am working on a design that needs to be very low power, it has various input video modes. One of the modes is taking in video from the DS90UB960-Q1, but for modes that is not using the DS90UB960-Q1 the lowest standby power is required. Looking at the DS90UB960-Q1 datasheet it looks like with PDB=LOW the current draw on the VDD11 rail is 160mA (~176mW). Is there a way to lower the static power lower?

With PDB low is it possible to remove power just from the VDD11 pins and leave VDD18 and VDDIO powered? It doesn't look like this would violate the power sequence requirements of the DS90UB960-Q1
