Sorry for my inability to explain my concern. My main concern was whether I was interpreting
the equation <(trskm = tc/14 -ts/h> correctly. I believe the tc/14 part. What I didn't believe is
the ts/h part. What does that mean. Setup divided by hold? -  or  - setup or hold. Thanks for
your help with interpreting the equation.
