Could anyone please suggest me a direct alternative for TVS3300DRVR?

33V flat-clamp surge protection device, WSON (DRV) -6 package.

Hi Sarath,

The only other 33 V flat-clamp device is the bidirectional version, TVS3301. Unfortunately, that is in in a different package, SON (DRB), and will not be a drop-in replacement.

if you want a drop-in replacement, the TVS2700 would be the best choice, however, it is only 27 V.

Thanks Matt for your reply, but I think similar to TVS3300 , TVS2700 also not available in the market to purchase. (12 months lead time).

Hi Sarath,

I understand. One other option that you could use would be TSM36A. It does not use the flat-clamp technology like the TVS family, but it is a 36 V diode with a higher surge rating. You would need to modify your board though because it is in a SOT-23 package. Would this work for you?
