Please help to suggest the schematic design. In the actual test, Network cables are properly connected in RMII mode, but cannot be connected in MII mode.
The problem with MII schema validation is as follows
1. There is no output on TX_CLK .
2. The LINK and SPEED are steady on. When the network cable is inserted, the LINK and SPEED are also steady on.
3. TX_EN indicates the low level.
4. MII_MODE has pull-up and is high
5. RST is directly blocking RC to pull up without GPIO control.
6. RX_ER is high
