I am currently doing a thermal analysis of TLK1102ERGET and am looking for any relevant thermal resistance data for TLK1102ERGET. I ideally am looking for any of the following:
Junction-Case Top, Junction to Leads, Junction to Board, Junction to Ambient
If there is no data for this specific component are there any other similar components that have known thermal resistances which I can reference?
