I wonder the power noise specification.
According to datasheet,
50Hz to 100Hz - 100mVp-p
100Hz to 10MHz - 40mVp-p
10MHz to 5.0GHz - 10mVp-p
but normaly I measure the power noise to 20MHz using osilloscope bandwidth limite
Please let me know which specification I will follow.
