MAX3221: MAX30001 test for the common mode voltage

Part Number: MAX3221

When I asked the below question to the expert

we tried to connect the VCM voltage to the ECGP/ECGN for the accurate ADC input.

1. is it ok for the system?
2. now we are facing lead-off function for this system when we use VCM

Hi Sangyun,

VCM should be connected to the third electrode. Please follow the typical application circuit from the datasheet. Please let us know if there are any issues in doing so.
I'd like to know the exact port of the third electode.  is it ECGP? or BIP?
