DS90C363: Alternative

Hello Team,

The DS90C363MTD is already NRND, checking with other devices it seems that the DS90C363B fits as an alternative. Can you share with us the difference between DS90C363 and DS90C363B?

    Hi Renan,

    Some differences are that the 363 has a wider operating temperature and the 363B supports SSCG. 

    Neither of these parts are recommended for new designs. Could you please tell us about your requirements so we can suggest a suitable alternative?
