    Hi Mark,

    I don't have information specific to the DS110DF1610, but the DS125DF1610 has a maximum continuous junction temperature of 115C.  I expect that the DS110DF1610 would be similar, although if this is critical for design, I'd recommend using the DS125DF1610.

    What is the concern regarding the junction temperature?  Will the device be operated beyond recommended operating temperature?
