Hello, below are a couple of questions I have regarding section 7.3.4 in the datasheet regarding cross point switch of a single channel input to >1 channel output.
1. What is the difference between broadcasting and replication?
2. I have a use case where I am performing cross point switch such that channel 6A->7A and 6A->7B. In the datasheet, it states that "In a broadcast configuration, the straight through path connecting the broadcasting input to its own output needs to be enabled and set to have master control". Does this mean I need to add 6A->6A to support the previous function?
