TUSB4020BPHP: I am getting over 100mA conduction to this chip when I turn it on. The 1.2 does not get to that voltage, but rather 0.947VDC. My 3.3VDC supply only gets to 3.3 if the 1.2 supply comes up first. I am holding the reset low continually. Any reason I am conducting this high current when turning this on?
