ONET1101L: device recommendation

I want to find a VCSel driver which has below specs. It's a laser diode driver.

LVDS differential input, single channel.

LVDS input frequency is larger than 10Mhz.

Pulse current is larger than 5A and the pulse time is shorter than 2ns.

MOSFET integrated.

Vin can cover 5V/3.3V/1.8V.

Body size is smaller than 2mm*2mm.
