The delivery time of SN65HVD73DGS is getting longer and I cannot get it by the desired delivery date, so I am looking for a replacement.

SN65HVD1473DGS seems to be available, but I can't find any difference in specs other than ESD.

SN65HVD1473DGS is an ESD improved version of SN65HVD73DGS, are there any other differences in specifications?

Hi,

The only difference is the improved ESD. I.e. the SN65HVD1473 has slightly improved ESD - but that is the only difference. Essentially you can think of the SN65HVD1473 as the higher ESD version of the SN65HVD73.

So using the SN65HVD1473DGS in place of the SN65HVD73DGS shouldn't present any problems in the design and is a direct replacement.
