DP83640: DP83640 voltage level translation

Hi,

We are developing a system using AM5728 SOM from critical link.Which has ethernet signals are at 1.8V .But for DP83640, it doesn't support 1.8V. So we need to use the voltage level translators. 

For testing IEEE 1588 H/W time stamp application, we used Voltage level converters TXS0104E (Bidirectional, Push-pull and Open drain compatible) and SN74AXC8T245PWR (Uni directional). Please have a look at the schematic and let us know if you have any suggestions or corrections to be made.

Here I am attaching the schematic diagram of DP83640 design with RJ45/SFP module communication.

For SN74AXC8T245PWR, Min voltage for OE is given as 0.7v. So is it necessary that we have to give minimum 0.7v or can we directly connect it to Ground point
