Hi team,
I have one thing I would like to confirm. When to move from another mode to sleep mode, the FET in the attached image is turned on and nRST is pulled down to ground. Is it correct?

Regards,
Tabata

Tabata-san,
nRST follows VCC, which is pulled to GND in sleep mode, so nRST will be at GND. The FET is activated whenever an undervoltage condition happens on VCC.
