    Hello Paul,

    TI has not performed heavy ion testing on the DS90LV032 space grade part, but others have. You can find these reports by doing internet searches on:

    and:

    ESA_QCA0418S_C

    The DS90LV032 part came to TI when we acquired National Semiconductor in 2011. TI does have additional space products that have the same specs which may be a better choice. This product has radiation reports posted in their product pages.

    The part number is SN55LVDS32-SP
