Hi,
can I use an FPGA with 2.5V logic level (Voh=Vdd-0.2V), were VDD=2.5V+-5% , for all temperature ranges?
according to the datasheet , Vih=2V, and from the FPGA my worst case scenario is 2.5V*0.95-0.2V=2.175V (typical will be 2.3V worst case).
a bit on the limit, but will it work ? or the 2V Vih is not for all temperature ranges?
