How are you planning in using this part and what do you mean by supporting SDR/DDR? This is an LVDS dual transceiver and it's a purely electrical device. The input rising/falling edges don't dictate the output but the input voltage threshold does. See below.
The datasheet states a data rate above 100 Mbps. This value depends on the length of your transmission media. The shorter the length, the faster your data rate can be without impacting performance. We have an app note that goes into more detail.
