HI!

I need to add a re-driver supporting both 10G Ethernet and 1000-Base-X interfaces. Kindly clarify whether the below devices can be used for my application.

1.DS100KR401SQE/NOPB - 4CHN

2.DS100BR111SQE/NOPB - 1CHN

If not, kindly share compatible parts.

    Hi Deva,

    Both of these devices are expected to work with 10-GbE and 1000-Base-X. As both of these devices are linear, they support link training as well.

    Please ensure the insertion loss on the receiver side of either repeater is greater than the minimum EQ noted in each datasheet:

    DS100BR111 - 2.5 dB at 5 GHz (Table 3)

    DS100KR401 - 5.3 dB at 5 GHz (Table 2)
