THVD1451: Regarding to the Electrical Characteristics and Switching Characteristics

Hello team,

I received a question from the customer.

The customer is considering using this device at Vcc:3.3V, but the 7.7 Electrical Characteristics and 7.8 Switching Characteristics at Vcc:3.3V are not listed in the datasheet. Could you please provide them?

The typical values are measured at 5 V. The minimum and maximum values are guaranteed for 3.3 V.

Hi Masa,

Typical values are for 5V and if using device at 3.3V you will see slightly worse performance than typical but it will still be bounded by min/max conditions across temperature range.

Ultimately customer should be designing with min/max conditions regardless to ensure design functionality. Use min/max values for design especially at 3.3V supplies.
