The customers use tusb422 to connect to the C port of the mac computer and cannot receive the Get Source Cap Extended packet sent by the mac. There is no reply after timeout, resulting in soft_reset. The mac would do it again and again. The mac would notice the customer that the device plug in and plug out over and over again.
Can the tusb422 tell the soc that MAC has failed to identify the tusb422 and stop connect with mac?
