DP83825I: DP83852I ethernet connection without magnetic transformer

Hi 

we design custom board and this board has one DP83825I ethernet transceiver. This board connect to another board and that board has quallcom QCA4531 based module which support 100 Base-T ethernet connection. I want to transfer data between this two board with using 100 Mbps ethernet lines. Without magnetic transformer and direct connection of DP83825I and QCA4531 can work or not? Should I use any matching method or can you recommend  anything make ethernet connection work without magnetic transformer with QCA4531
