TVP5151: About Output to Graphic Controller

Hi team,

I would like to use the TVP5151 to capture video from an external camera and output that data to a graphic controller to display the camera image.
Is it possible to output multiple patterns of frequencies?
Does the SCLK output only a predetermined value?
The output data format is BT656 (NTSC).
In this case, is only twice the pixel clock output?
