Is there any other tool for this testing ? it seems TUSB3410 vid/pid is A MUST, does TI ALP work for this purpose?

Access to the USB interface is provided through the TUSB3410 using a USB TI Utility called Eye Scan. You would have to write your own eye scan code if you don't want to use TUSB3410, but this is beyond of our supporting capability.
