TCAL6416: SDA and SCL Input state with no power

Hi:)

When the TCAL6416 has no power on either the VCCI / VCCP, is it still possible to have a functioning I2C bus connected? I2C bus operates at 3.3V.

Yes; the absolute maximum ratings and recommended operating conditions allow voltages above V_CCI on the I²C pins. (The I_IOK specification in the absolute maximum ratings would imply that SDA has a clamping diode to V_CCI, but this appears to be an error.)
