Hi Troy,

Unfortunately, on the datasheet as well as the ordering page for all PNs, none of which comes in an industrial temp range. Sorry.

Hi,

The closest part I can find is the THS8136 which is -40 to 85C but has only 180MSPS. I don't find other similar parts. Sorry.
