Hi BU team

Would you help share the latest of TUSB501-Q1 IBIS-AMI model to customer?

I promoted TUSB501-q1 for USB3.0 redriver but customer compliant below issues on website TUSB501 IBIS-AMI Model.

1. The publised AMI model is for windows 32-bit which is too old to installed in computer. Can we provide the windows 64bit version?

2. No RKG S parameter files are found in the website link. Would you pls provide them as marked by red in below screenshot?

Hi Ted,

Unfortunately, we don't have a 64-bit version of that file.

I checked internally for the S-parameter files, but we do not have these. I believe that table may have been uploaded incorrectly.

For reference could you share who the customer is?

The customer is Ecarx, Geely in-house tier1 for DHU application.

But the absnce of S-parameter file affect the simulation accuracy. Can BU team provide it ?

Hi Ted,

Thanks for confirming.

The IBIS-AMI model would be enough to accurately simulate the 501-Q1. A S-parameter model would only add the loss from the device package, which should be negligible.

Is there a reason the customer needs an S-parameter over the IBIS model?
