We recently assembled a board using the LMH1297.
According to previous information we received from Texas support, we understand that any device in the LMH family should work without programming, taking into account that the external configuration is correct.
We assembled this board and connected a 3G, 1080 SDI signal, and it worked correctly. Then we applied a 12G, 2160 SDI signal, and we did not obtain the image at the LMH1297 output.
What we need to know and understand is the following: should the LMH1297, for example, have transmitted the 12G SDI signal at the output or is a configuration necessary so that it can recognize the signal and retransmit it?
To be more direct, should the LMH1297 have worked with the 12G SDI signal immediately without any configuration or does it require configuration for this type of signal?
