Yes, you can refer to the SN55HVD233-SP SEE Report for SET data. The die is the same between SN55HVD233-SP and SN55HVD233-SEP; the difference between the two devices is the packages (ceramic vs. plastic) and the SN55HVD233-SP is compliant to MIL-PRF-38535 QML-V standards.
