Hi team，

DS160PR1601 manual supports X4/X8/X16 bus widths, but does it support X1 and X2? Additionally, for example, can the four lanes of X4 be connected to channels 0,2,4, and 6? Thank you!

Hi Williamq,

DS160PR1601 can support x1 and x2 bifurcation or link width. Each channel's RX detect state machine can be controlled independently through registers (outlined in the programming guide here: https://www.ti.com/lit/pdf/snla425).
