the datasheet doesn’t state Operating junction temperature, TJ for the following devices. Please provide

  1. SN65LVDT390PW
  2. SN65LVDS391-01

    Hi Benny,

    There not any specifications for Tj, but the maximum junction temperature can be estimated by the equation: 

    Tjmax= TAmax + (Pd x θJA), where TA is the operating free-air temperature and Pd is the power dissipation.
