Hi,

I‘m looking forward to develop a USB-C system capable of parallel charging of up to 65W per port and in parallel distributing data from one source to all 4 or more ports.

My problem is to identify the right USB-PD devices being able to be combined with a Data Hub device,

Is there any successor for the TUS8044A available supporting USB-C in combination with PD controllers for USB-C?

Hi Helge:

Ti don't have single device solution for Type-C and Hub. But you can use separate USB hub and PD controller to do charging and distributing data in parallel .

PD controller is TPS65987D and hub is TUSB8042A, you may also need TUSB542 for this application.
