TPD4E02B04: Similar device with lower clamping voltage?

Hello,

I am looking for an ESD protection device to use along with TUSB522P. The datasheet for that device recommends a device with a working peak voltage of >=1.3V, breakdown voltage of >=2.3V, and a clamp voltage of <=4.0V. Ideally this device would have 4 channels. Does TI have any devices like that?

Hi Zach,

Currently, TI does not have a device that meets all of these specifications. ESDS314 would be our closest overall specification match, with 5V clamping at 1A Ipp (3.6Vrwm and 4.5V min Vbr), with TPD4E02B04 being our best p2p match with the 4 channel device recommended in the datasheet, with 6.6V clamping at 1A Ipp (3.6Vrwm and 5.5V min Vbr).
