Hi,

I needed a RS-232 transceiver having 2 UART IO and 1 RS-232 IO, Does TI have such IC?

    No.

    To multiplex UARTs between two microcontrollers, use a switch like the TS5A23157.

    If both microcontrollers must be active at the same time, connect the transceiver's ROUT pin to both RXDs, and combine both TXD signals with an AND gate like the SN74AHC1G08/SN74AUP1G08 before going to the DIN pin.
