I'm looking for the thermal resistance information for the p/n below. No information in the datasheet can you share with us the thermal resistance and theta-JC of the device?

    Result- Theta JA-High K (standard datasheet value) 98.7
    Result-Theta JC, top (standard datasheet value) 26.6
    Result-Theta JB (standard datasheet value) 44.4
    Result- Psi JT (standard datasheet value) 1.2
    Result- Psi JB (standard datasheet value) 43.8
    Result-Theta JC, bottom (standard datasheet value) n/a

    For SN65HVD232QDRG4Q1:

    Result- Theta JA-High K (standard datasheet value) 101.5
    Result-Theta JC, top (standard datasheet value) 43.3
    Result-Theta JB (standard datasheet value) 42.4
    Result- Psi JT (standard datasheet value) 4.8
    Result- Psi JB (standard datasheet value) 41.8
    Result-Theta JC, bottom (standard datasheet value) n/a

    Since theta-JC is measured based on a heat sink attachment, and neither of these packages have a thermal pad on the underside of the device, the junction-to-case (bottom) measurement is not applicable.
