ESD321: Altium manufacturer part search footprint does not match the one recommended in datasheet.

I am using the ESD321DPYR for a project. I downloaded the footprint available in the Altium manufacturer part search. However, I noticed that the PCB land pattern does not match the one given in page 19 of the datasheet. The Altium footprint has a lot longer PCB land pattern. In a situation like this which PCB footprint should I use?

Hi Buddika,

Thanks for the information here. I am still continuing to look into this, but from what I can tell the landing patterns in Altium are not always the same as the datasheet. The device performance will still be accurate, and ultimately these footprint measurements are recommendations, not requirements. I recommend following the datasheet's footprint values.
