TCA9554: TCA9554 -When device is powered up,it comes up as output high

Hi Team,

I am trying to use this part some automation and i am observing one issue.Pls advice

As per datasheet,the channels are acting as input on power power up.

I am observing that when i power up the device ,the analog level on the any of these channels(P0-P7) are around 3V.

This is against the datasheet.

Kindly tell on how to avoid this .I want device to act as a input on power up
