DS100RT410: How to disable DFE in DS125DF410 model.

I have been playing around with the DS125RT410 ibis model and keep getting insanely long simulation time and crazy results. If I use the DS125DF410 ibis model I get seemingly reasonable results with 10x or faster simulations. I see in document TI_DS1xxDF410_IBIS_AMI_User_Guide, revision 4 says, "Added instructions for configuring the model as a DS1xxRT410 device by disabling the DFE."

But the instructions appear to have been removed. Since TI_DS1xxDF410 model works so much better can you tell me how to use it with DFE disabled.
