May I ask   If the input frequency is several hundred megahertz, but the single pulse width is less than 500ps, does it also meet the chip's usage conditions？

    Greetings,

    This part is mainly used for data communication. As noted in the data sheet, minimum data rate is 2Gbps using data communication data patterns such as PRBS23 and etc. Device has not been validated and therefor it is not recommended for several hundred megahertz applications or clocking applications.
