      I have a question about the purpose of the Mosfet and diode in CAN interface？ Further，How does CAN implement arbitration and error correction functions through hardware?

    The MOSFETs are just switches.

    The diodes protect against over-/undervoltage.

    This device is a plain transceiver; the TXD/RXD values correspond directly to the state of the CAN bus lines. Arbitration and error correction would be implemented in the CAN controller (which is connected to the TXD/RXD pins).
