Hi Expert,

If customer want to use TCA6418E  to control TPS2052 and TPS272C45, is there anything customer need to aware?

I think it should be OK but still want to consult with you. Please let me know your suggestion.

    Hi Bo,

    TCA6418E is usually used with keypad scanner applications. 

    Consider using the TCAL9539 or TCAL6416 as 16-bit IO expander alternatives.

    If more IO's are needed, consider the TCA6424A which has 24 IO's.

    I am not sure how to fully operate these devices, but it looks like the customer needs extra GPIO to control the various enable pins and select pins of the TPS2052 and TPS272C45. The two IO expanders that I listed should work with these HSS.
