SN65LVDS1: IBIS models issues

Hi TI Team,

Recently I perfomed some simulation using the IBIS model for this PN downloaded from TI website. The output common voltage is somewhere arounf 2.4V (datasheet is around 1.2). Also the receiver SN65LVDS2 seems to have an issue, the input impedance do not seem to be so high. I solve the issue adding a 1k resistor for each diff pair line.

Please let me know which IBIS version is the to use for this kind of simulation.

    Hi Ciprian,

    Thank you for reaching out with your question. I do agree with you that per the datasheet the output common mode the device should be 1.2V (datasheet page 5). 

    This device is very old, and we no longer offer support for the existing models.
